Tomislav is a Zagreb native. His wine career began in 2003 while working for one of Croatia's leading wine distribution companies, where he spent 14 years as an executive director. His career has allowed him to visit the most prestigious wine regions worldwide, meet and collaborate with leading global winemakers, and bring some of the world's best wines to the Croatian market.

Tomislav has been an official ambassador for the Riedel Wine Glass Company since 2016, resulting in the design of the first grape varietal specific glass for one Croatian indigenous variety. He is also a certified Level 3 Sommelier with a diploma from the Croatian Sommelier Club. As a judge, he participates in prestigious wine evaluations such as Vinistra, 5 Star Wines (Vinitaly) in Verona, and Concours Mondial in Brussels.

As a professional and insider of the wine business, his aspiration lies in delivering a first-class presentation and promotion of Croatian wines, winemakers, and wine culture to both international and domestic audiences, as well as business clients. In his pursuit of lifelong education and improvement, Tomislav is currently taking final exams for the prestigious WSET Diploma at the Weinakademie in Rust, Austria.
