COMPLAINTS

According to Art. 6, paragraph 3 of the Act on the provision of services in tourism (Official Gazette 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20, 70/21; hereinafter: Act), HRVATSKA NA ČAŠU d.o.o., tourist agency, Labinska 8, 10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, OIB: 63569146827 (hereinafter: the Agency) hereby informs every user of the Agency's services about the possibility of submitting a written complaint regarding the services provided, in the manner and under the conditions prescribed in the Agency's General Terms and Conditions of Business (Chapter 17 . – Objections of the Contractor/Passenger).
The user can submit his written complaint within 8 days from the end of the trip to the following addresses of the Agency:
